Why won't Visual Mixer install when I click on it in Product Portal?

  This is a known issue where the Visual Mixer plug-in displays in Product Portal for your
account as if you have installed a trial or purchased of Neutron 3. Visual Mixer stand-alone
installation and detection is not currently supported through Product Portal. This is why its
status in Product Portal may show as not installed even if installed correctly with the
Neutron 3 installation.

This is a visual glitch in Product Portal and not an issue with Visual Mixer, we recommend double-checking that Visual Mixer exists in your DAW or Host Software to confirm it is in fact installed.
