Up until now, you’ve used an iZotope username and password to sign in to your iZotope account. Now that iZotope is part of Native Instruments, we're taking steps towards reducing logins and unifying accounts across both our websites and product installers.
We’re moving to a Native ID for signing in to your iZotope account to streamline our customer account experience. This means fewer logins to deal with and better support for password managers. The consolidation of logins only affects how you sign in to your iZotope account. You’ll always have access to your iZotope account information and history.
How does it work?
If you don’t already have a Native ID, you can create a one by following these instructions:
- Sign in normally to your iZotope account and click Get my Native ID in the pop-up that appears
- Then click Create Native ID.
If you already have a Native ID:
- Sign in normally to your iZotope account and click Get my Native ID in the pop-up that appears
- Then click Sign in with Native ID.
You can also unify your iZotope account with a Native ID by clicking Account Unification in your iZotope account overview.
If you’ve had trouble with password managers mixing up your iZotope and NI accounts, this change will resolve the issue and harmonize your credentials to a single login.
This step will eventually be required to sign into your iZotope account as part of our process to simplify logins across Native Instruments.
Plus, with your new Native ID you can immediately access a great package of free plugins from Native Instruments, Komplete Start.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is my iZotope account information going away?
No. Your complete product history, licenses, loyalty deals, etc. are still available; we’re just changing how you sign in. Instead of your former iZotope account login, you’ll use your new Native ID to sign into iZotope.com and Product Portal.
Will how I authorize my iZotope products change?
You will still be able to use Product Portal, iLok, and iZotope product serial numbers in-product to activate your iZotope products. Soon you will be able to use Native Access to install and activate your iZotope products.
How do I create a Native ID?
Sign in normally to izotope.com and click Get my Native ID in the pop-up that appears. You can also go to your account overview section and click Account Unification.
What if I already have a Native ID?
Click Sign in with an existing Native ID during the account unification process and you will link your iZotope account to your existing Native ID account.
Is it required that I switch to a Native ID?
Eventually, yes. Right now you can still use your iZotope credentials to access your account, but you’ll be required to create a Native ID in the first half of 2025.
How do I sign into Product Portal after switching to Native ID?
Click the blue Take me to Native ID login at the bottom of the Product Portal sign in window (you may have to scroll down), then use your new Native ID to sign in as you regularly would.
Will my account history and loyalty offers be unified for iZotope and Native Instruments after this change?
Not immediately. We are currently designing an improved loyalty program for iZotope customers. Until that experience is ready, your iZotope loyalty offers will remain unchanged and continue to be accessible from your iZotope account.
Is my personal data now shared across all companies under the Native Instruments group?
