Native ID is now your iZotope login

iZotope customers now use Native ID for login due to iZotope's integration with Native Instruments, streamlining access across both brands. Account contents remain unchanged, and users will see improved loyalty offers and future product management via Native Access. Personal data sharing complies with privacy laws. Existing iZotope credentials have been migrated to Native ID, and support is available for account merging. Product Portal also uses Native ID for sign-in.

Up until now, you’ve used an iZotope username and password to sign into your iZotope account. Now that iZotope is part of Native Instruments, we’re taking steps to reduce the number of logins across our websites, accounts, and product installation tools.

To streamline the customer login experience, we’ve moved all iZotope customers to Native ID. This change is especially helpful for those of you who have products from both brands – meaning fewer logins to deal with, along with better support for your password managers.

This consolidation of login credentials to Native ID only affects how you’ll sign in to your account, not the contents of your account. You’ll always have access to your iZotope account information and history.

The change is virtually invisible – you may notice our login screens have now changed to reference Native ID.

Lastly, this change paves the way for helpful improvements! You’ll now see a better presentation of your loyalty offers across the iZotope website when you’re logged in. In the future, you’ll be able to use Native Access for managing your iZotope and Native Instruments products all in one place. Stay tuned for more updates on this!

FAQ

Has my iZotope account information gone anywhere?
No, everything within your iZotope account, like product and purchase history, has stayed the same.

However, you will notice that the My Loyalty Offers section has changed. Instead of having to check this page to see your offers, you can now easily see your personalized loyalty prices across the website. Just log in and you’ll see personalized prices, based on the products you already own – whether you’re on the Shop page, the Deals page, or a product pricing page.

Is my personal data now shared across all companies under the Native Instruments group?
Some of your personal data may be shared within the Native Instruments group as reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your personal data and privacy are very important to us, and we ensure that all companies within the group apply the same strict data protection standards. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.

Has how I authorize my iZotope products changed?
You can still use Product Portal, iLok, and iZotope product serial numbers in-product to activate your iZotope products.

One exciting future outcome of our work to unify across NI and iZotope is that you will soon be able to use Native Access to install and activate your iZotope products, right alongside any NI products you may own. Stay tuned for more details on when these changes will roll out.

What email and password do I use to log in?
Now, everyone uses Native ID to log in to both iZotope.com and native-instruments.com.

  • Customers who already had both an iZotope login and a Native ID using the same email have already been migrated and now use Native ID to log in. (If you've forgotten your Native ID password, you will be able to reset it.)
  • For customers who only had an iZotope login, this has been transitioned to a Native ID with their existing iZotope email and password.
  • If you have multiple accounts and need assistance with merging, our Customer Care team can assist you.

How do I sign in to Product Portal now?
You’ll now use your Native ID to sign in to Product Portal.
