This page explains the steps we need you to take to transition your subscription to new payment and product management systems. This won’t change your subscription itself, but these steps will help us ensure that you keep uninterrupted access to your subscription products through this simple-but-necessary transition.
Summary:
- We’ve migrated your subscription to Native Instruments payment and product management systems for you.
- You can continue using Product Portal to manage and update your subscription products until April 30, 2025. If you are an annual subscriber, this is possible until the end of your current term depending on which is later.
- You can now also manage and update your subscription products within Native Access. This will be the new hub for Music Production Suite Pro after the transition.
- You can manage your subscription online in the Native Instruments Account section here.
- We’ll add 4 products to Music Production Suite Pro in March, each of which will be available for download through Native Access.
- You will need to re-enter payment data to prevent disruption of your subscription as soon as the current billing cycle ends.
- There are more instructions on the way, in which we’ll guide you through re-entering payment data and getting your new products.
What exactly is happening, and why?
Due to reasons outside of iZotope’s / Native Instruments’ control, we have to move your subscription from the current payment provider Digital River to a different platform. As iZotope is part of Native Instruments, we’re going to use existing Native Instruments systems to process your payments going forward.
We’ve migrated your subscription to Native Instruments for you, which enables you to use Native Access for current and future product installations. But don’t worry, you’ll still be able to access your subscription products in iZotope Product Portal until April 30, 2025 during this transition period. If you are an annual subscriber, this will be possible until the end of your current term, depending on which is later.
We have ensured that Digital River is deleting all your personal and payment data soon after the transition except for invoicing data needed on their end for legal compliance. We have also ensured that Digital River will not charge you anymore. If you see a charge to your payment method / credit card after the 25th of January 2025 from them, please contact us directly at mpspro-migration@native-instruments.com
The Native Instruments systems are designed for security of payment data by implementing storage solely with industry leading payment gateway providers and respective certifications.
Where do we need your help to make this work?
Since Digital River stores credit card data and we don’t have access to it, we will need you to update your records with current payment information and download Native Access, if you don’t have it already.
These are the only steps we’ll need you to complete to help us in this transition, but unfortunately they’re necessary to ensure disruption-free access to your subscription, so we’re relying on your support.
Will this be a better experience?
Once this migration is complete (by April 2025), all users will access Music Production Suite Pro through Native Instruments – and through Native Access – only. This will give you access to…
- a seamless login experience across iZotope and Native Instruments
- centralized access to manage all of your products and subscriptions
- improved security and support for future product updates
And by completing this transition, you’ll be able to access 4 new products for no additional monthly cost.
What's coming next?
We will send you a request very soon to update your records with current payment information using a page on our website, after which you’ll be able to install Native Access and download the 4 new plugins added to your subscription. After this, you’ll be up-and-running with the same subscription you’ve come to love, now serviced through Native Instruments.
