Overview
This article shows how to resolve issues with missing activation in certain products after migrating an MPS Pro subscription from Product Portal to Native Access.
The following is only applicable to subscribers who started their MPS Pro subscription in iZotope’s Product Portal and have since migrated their subscription to Native Access and need to restore activation in select products.

- Insight Pro
- Neoverb Pro
- Tonal Balance Control Pro
- VocalSynth Pro
If you have migrated to Native Access and have found the affected products listed above are no longer activated in your existing sessions, follow the instructions below to restore activation.
Restore missing ‘Pro’ product activation after moving your MPS Pro subscription to Native Access
You must have both the latest update for the affected Pro products (download links below) and their feature-equivalent products (available in Native Access) installed alongside each other in order to restore activation in the affected Pro products.
1. Download & install the latest updates of the affected products using the following links:

2. Start Native Access and install the following feature-equivalent products available in your subscription (if they are not already installed):
- Insight 2
- Neoverb
- Tonal Balance Control 2
- VocalSynth 2
Frequently asked questions
Why can’t I find and install these four products using Native Access?
Installers for these products can be downloaded and installed outside of Native Access. They will not appear as available in the Native Access Library. We will make installer links for these products available to users who have migrated their subscriptions.
What is happening to these products?
Insight Pro, Neoverb Pro, TBC Pro, and VocalSynth Pro are being deprecated as part of the transition of MPS Pro subscriptions to Native Access. We are providing the updated installers above to subscribers migrating their subscription from Product Portal to ensure they do not lose access to these products in their existing sessions.
What is the recommended action?
All four affected Pro products have feature-equivalent alternatives available in your MPS Pro subscription in Native Access. We recommend transitioning to using the feature-equivalent products that are included in your MPS Pro subscription:
- Insight 2
- Neoverb
- Tonal Balance Control 2
- VocalSynth 2
What do I do if I want to keep using the Pro products?
You are free to continue using the affected products if you wish, however we will not provide continued updates for these products and cannot guarantee that they will be compatible on new OS versions released in the future.
