Most iZotope products are plug-ins for DAWs and do not install standalone apps, except Ozone Standard/Advanced (v9 and earlier), RX (excluding RX 10 Elements), and Iris 2. In the Product Portal, hidden products can be revealed using the eye icon. Subscription products are managed via Native Access.

I cannot find the application after I've installed it

Most* iZotope products are specifically designed to be used as plug-ins within a host application (also known as a Digital Audio Workstation), and for that reason, they do not install stand-alone applications on your computer. Instead, look for your iZotope plug-in within your Digital Audio Workstation.

*Plugins with Standalone app included:

  • Ozone Standard/Advanced (Versions 9 and earlier)
  • RX (Excluding RX 10 Elements)
  • Iris 2

I cannot find my product in Product Portal

If you are logged into your iZotope account in the Product Portal and cannot see one or more of your products, they may simply be hidden. You can turn the hide function on and off using the eye icon in the upper right corner of the portal.

If the plugin then appears to be greyed out after that, hover your mouse over the plugin and select the little eye icon that appears underneath the plugin to unhide and manage it.
