We have recently implemented a new way for customers to see their best offer on izotope.com. To make sure that this feature is able to function correctly, please try following the steps below to turn off your ad blocker in your browser, as these can cause the pricing to not display properly. Once this has been turned off you should see the lowered price for you based on your products in your account by signing in to your iZotope account with your Native ID.
To ensure you see the correct pricing on izotope.com, here are the general steps to disable your ad blocker:
Google Chrome
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner > Go to 'Extensions' > 'Manage Extensions'.
- Find your ad blocker (e.g., AdBlock, uBlock Origin) in the list.
- Use the toggle switch to turn it off.
Tip: Many ad blockers also let you "pause" or "whitelist" a specific site. If you click the ad blocker's icon (usually near the address bar), you should see an option to "Disable on this site" or "Don't run on pages on this domain." This is often a better solution as it keeps your ad blocker active elsewhere.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the three-line menu (☰) in the top-right corner.
- Select 'Add-ons and themes'.
- Click on the 'Extensions' tab.
Find your ad blocker and use the toggle switch to disable it.
Tip: You can also disable Firefox's built-in "Enhanced Tracking Protection" just for iZotope. Click the shield icon (🛡️) to the left of the address bar and toggle the switch OFF at the top of the pop-up.
Microsoft Edge
- Click the three-dot menu (···) in the top-right corner > Select 'Extensions' > Choose 'Manage Extensions'.
- Find your ad blocker in the list and use the toggle switch to turn it off.
Safari (on Mac)
- Open Safari and click 'Safari' in the top menu bar (next to the Apple logo).
- Select Settings... (or Preferences...) > Click on the 'Extensions' tab
- Uncheck the box next to your ad blocker's name to disable.
To disable it only for iZotope:
- Go to Safari > Settings... > Websites > Click on 'Content Blockers' in the left menu.
- Find izotope.com in the list on the right and change its setting to 'Off'.
Safari (on iPhone / iPad)
- Open the Settings app > Scroll down and tap on Safari > Tap on 'Extensions'.
- Find your ad blocker in the list and tap on it >Toggle the switch OFF for 'Allow Extension'.
After following these steps, please refresh the izotope.com page and sign back in to see if your best offer is now displaying correctly.
