Support Notice for Audiolens

Audiolens has been sunset from the iZotope product catalog. Product owners are still able to use Audiolens, with technical support available for 12 months from the download date. Audiolens will also be eligible for critical maintenance updates until March 18, 2027.

If I own Audiolens, can I still use it?

Yes. Your product will not be deactivated or changed from its current state.

Will I still get maintenance updates?

The product support period for Audiolens, including updates to address any critical issues that arise, will end on March 18, 2027, for all users. We will not actively test the compatibility of Audiolens on new operating systems or host application versions after March 18, 2027, and the current system specifications for Audiolens will not change.

  • Mac: macOS Ventura (13.6.x), macOS Sonoma (14.4.x), macOS Sequoia (15)*
    * Compatible with Intel or Apple silicon (M-series) Macs (in native & Rosetta)
  • Win: Windows 10 - Windows 11

The Audiolens referencing and target library features are compatible with the following products:

  • Ozone 10 Elements, Standard, Advanced
  • Ozone 11 Elements, Standard, Advanced
  • Neutron 4 Elements, Neutron 4
  • Neutron 5
  • Nectar 4 Elements, Standard, Advanced

Will I still get technical support?

If you have downloaded Audiolens through iZotope.com within the last 12 months, we will continue to provide you with technical support for up to 12 months from your download date.

Why are you discontinuing Audiolens?

We are continually developing new products, services, and solutions to enable new workflows in audio production. We occasionally need to retire or consolidate older products in order to focus our resources and development efforts on building new, innovative products and features. Going forward, Audiolens’ easy referencing workflow now lives in the Tonal Balance Control 3 standalone desktop app. 

Will I still be able to download Audiolens from your website?

Yes. You can still download, install, and authorize Audiolens. Installers can be downloaded via our Legacy Downloads page. Your serial numbers will continue to authorize Audiolens. You can find your serial numbers in the Purchase History section of your Account page.
