This error message is displayed on macOS when there are some lingering files related to the installation of the affected product.
To solve this issue, delete all the files related to the affected products from these locations:
Note: Neutron 4, Ozone 10, and RX 10 / 11 will all fall under the title "Neutron Pro, Ozone Pro, and RX Pro Audio Editor" for the files / data, however, the plug-in files will list with the version number.
