If you are not authorizing via iLok, you may ignore this message and continue the authorization process.

This error message means that you're trying to send a license to iLok without first registering the serial number. You may also want to double-check you're logged in to the correct iZotope account.
Your serial number does not support iLok authorization or is already authorized with an iLok. Please use the Challenge/Response method or contact Technical Support for assistance.
This error means the license is likely on your iLok account but needs to be assigned to an iLok location.
To complete iLok authorization, open iLok License Manager and find your license under the "available" tab. You can drag it to your iLok USB icon (or computer icon for Exponential products) from here.
