Some of our Spire users on iOS 13 have been experiencing connection issues.
This relates specifically to the latest iOS 13 update. The issue does not seem to affect everyone, and so far there are three steps we have seen resolve this issue. Please try the following steps in order and retest connectivity after every step:
1. Reboot your mobile device by powering it off and then back on again. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559
2. Navigate to Settings -> Cellular -> Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and switch the Wi-Fi Assist toggle to Off.
3. ***When performing this step, please make sure you have access to your home Wi-Fi password.***
Navigate to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. This will reboot your mobile device and it will forget all of its saved wifi networks.
