What's included with my subscription?
You can see your products included with the subscription in your Purchase History. Add-on content can be seen via the link in your welcome email.
Is this the full version of the plugin?
Yes! Your copy of the plugin will offer the complete range of features and will be the most up-to-date version of the software.
Can I still buy the plugin outright to get a license?
You can buy any of our existing products separately if you wish. However, the added benefits of the subscription are exclusive to the subscription.
How do I authorize my plugin?
After purchase, you should receive an iZotope serial number for activation. You can use our Product Portal to get that installed.
How can I use this on multiple computers?
You can see our steps and policy for multiple computers in this article.
How do I access the add-ons included with my subscription?
Your confirmation email sent after the initial subscription should provide all of the necessary activation codes and links.
How will I be notified when new content is available for me?
When an upgrade for a product is available, Product Portal will prompt you to update your product. If new downloadable content is available, you should receive an email with that information.
How do I install new content?
Any iZotope plug-in components can be installed with our Product Portal application. Simply log-in with your iZotope credentials and use the Install/Authorize tab to get setup.
If you're not seeing a product included with Producer's Club, you may need to click the eye icon towards the top right to reveal all products. You can locate your serial number for any iZotope plug-ins in your account.
