This issue has been fixed! Be sure you have the most recent version of Product Portal installed.
The best solution currently is to work around the Product Portal and install via these steps below.
Workaround steps:
- Install from the installers available in your account.
- For legacy installers, head here.
- Authorize with the serial numbers found on your Purchase History (these will need to be added if you purchased from a third-party retailer).
