What is different about a “Pro” version of an iZotope product?
The “Pro” label indicates the subscription version of an iZotope product. “Pro” products will be receiving additional features and exclusive content over time, which will be available to you as long as you subscribe.

What is the difference between Music Production Suite 4 and Music Production Suite Pro?
Music Production Suite 4 is offered as a perpetual license that you can purchase and use forever. This offering is still available for purchase from iZotope.com and resellers and includes standard and advanced versions of our most popular repair, mixing, and mastering software.
Music Production Suite Pro is a new plug-in subscription for audio engineers that includes Ozone Pro, Neutron Pro, Nectar Pro, and RX Pro for Music. It's available at a monthly or yearly rate and will receive new product features for as long as you subscribe. You also get access to exclusive content, product tutorials, and more to help you improve your craft.

What is the difference between Music Production Suite Pro and iZotope Producers Club?
Both memberships include products and exclusive, member-only content like presets, courses, videos, articles, and more. You can subscribe monthly or yearly to receive every product update and content drop.
Music Production Suite Pro is best for audio engineers who are looking to advance their skills and discover new techniques for mixing and mastering.
iZotope Producers Club is best for music producers who are looking to add tools to their creative workflow and explore more resources for playing with sound.
If I cancel a subscription and have Pro versions of iZotope plug-ins in my projects, what happens?
If you cancel your subscription, your projects will be preserved with the last settings you made. While you won't be able to edit the settings, the processing will be applied so that your projects still sound the same.
What happens to my existing iZotope products when I subscribe?
Don’t worry, your existing iZotope products will still be available in your iZotope account. They will also exist as separate plug-ins in your DAW, so you can use those versions at any time.
Are “Free” products included in the subscription?
Our free products Visual Mixer and Relay are included with Music Production Suite Pro, but you can keep these products even if you unsubscribe. You can download them at any time here.

Can I upgrade to Music Production Suite Pro or a “Pro” product from another iZotope product?
Music Production Suite Pro, Producers Club, and the included products are only available as part of the subscription. However, once you subscribe you will get all future updates at no additional cost.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Upon cancellation, your license and other benefits will continue until the end of your billing cycle (month). Then, your serial number will be disabled and your product will revert to demo mode.

Can I still purchase a license of Music Production Suite 4 or another existing iZotope product?
Yes! You can still purchase licensed versions of iZotope products from iZotope.com and resellers. However, these products will not receive the same feature enhancements as the products in Music Production Suite Pro or Producers Club.

Is there a student/EDU discount?
At this time, we don't offer an EDU discount for subscriptions. You can see available EDU offerings in our Academic Store.
One of my subscription payments was declined. What do I do?
You can manage your payment method and status within your order confirmation email. This will be an email from "onlinestore.e.cs@digitalriver.com" on which has a link "Click Here to access your subscription account". Use this to head to the Billing status page and make the payment method change.
I already own one of the products available for subscription, do I get a discount if I want to subscribe?
The subscription price is fixed with no discounts, if you've recently purchased a piece of that, reach out to customer care to see what we can do for you!
How do I get setup?
Open iZotope Product Portal and click Install next to each Pro plug-in. Follow the installation instructions, open your DAW, and enjoy the new features and functionality of your Producers Club plug-ins.

What's included with my subscription?
You can see your products included with the subscription in your Purchase History. Add-on content can be seen via the link in your welcome email.
Can I still buy the plug-in outright to get a license?
You can buy any of our existing products separately if you wish. However, the added benefits of the subscription are exclusive to the subscription.

How do I access the add-ons included with my subscription?
Your confirmation email sent after the initial subscription should provide all of the necessary activation codes and links.
How will I be notified when new content is available for me?
When software updates for your plug-ins are available, Product Portal will prompt you to update your product. If new downloadable content is available, you should receive an email with that information. You can also check your All-Access page regularly for new updates.
How do I install new content?
Any iZotope plug-in components can be installed with our Product Portal application. Simply log in with your iZotope credentials and use the Install/Authorize tab to get set up.
If you're not seeing a product included with Producer's Club, you may need to click the eye icon towards the top right to reveal all products. You can locate your serial number for any iZotope plug-ins in your account.
