The most convenient way to uninstall your iZotope software is by using the Product Portal application. To do so, simply hover your mouse over the product you are trying to uninstall and click on the trash can icon. This will begin the uninstall script to remove the software from your computer.
Alternatively, you can also uninstall your software manually by using the steps below:
First please close out of all your applications. Open your Control Panel using your Start Menu. In Control Panel, please select Programs and Features. In the next window, locate your iZotope in the list. Click on it and choose Uninstall.
MacHD/Library/Application Support/iZotope/[SOFTWARE TITLE]
*Please note that the uninstaller is located in the root-level Library folder, not the user-level folder.

Uninstalling legacy products on macOS Catalina
MacOS Catalina had some security increases to the ~/Documents location where presets are stored, this may cause uninstallers to not complete. You can manually delete iZotope Product resources from these locations:
— AAX: Mac HD > Library > Application Support > Avid > Audio > Plug-ins
— RTAS: Mac HD > Library > Application Support > Digidesign > Audio > Plug-ins
— AU: Mac HD > Library > Audio > Plug-ins > Components
— VST: Mac HD > Library > Audio > Plug-ins > VST
— VST 3: Mac HD > Library > Audio > Plug-ins > VST 3
— Mac HD > Users > [Username] > Documents > iZotope > [Product Name]
— Mac HD > Applications (if applicable; not all products offer standalone app)
— Mac HD > Library > Application Support > iZotope
For older software titles like iDrum, Nectar Elements and others can be uninstalled by following these steps:
- Run the installer for the product. If you need to re-download the installer, you can do so by logging into your iZotope account and then navigating to the 'Legacy Downloads' page
- When you get to the 'Installation Type' screen, choose 'Uninstall' from the menu, and proceed
