When I try to checkout, it returns me to my Loyalty Offers page.
This is likely an uncommon web browser issue. To resolve this, clear your Cookies and Cache of your web browser and then re-attempt your purchase.
At checkout, I see an error message: izotopeSI_RESTRICT_PPC_ERROR
You'll actually get this error is you are trying to use PayPal Credit and you are located outside of the US. Currently PayPal Credit is only available to users within the US. Using a different payment method should resolve this.
I can't see any loyalty offers listed in my account.
This is likely due to new versions of FireFox when set to its "Strict" privacy setting. In order to view and use your personalized upgrade offers in your account, we'd recommend whitelisting iZotope.com in your browser.
You can do this by opening FireFox and head to Preferences (gear symbol at the top right), then click "Manage Exceptions" and add iZotope.com to the list here.
At checkout, I see an error message: "Payment Authorization Failed".
This is likely due to your name or account being flagged in our payment providers system. Reach out to Customer Care and we can help you get that resolved!
I just purchased iZotope software, but don't see anything in my account or Product Portal.
This can happen when paying with PayPal, please check your PayPal email inbox for your licenses and instructions on getting up and running.
Why is tax included with my order?
Tax is added to orders based on their billing address and is not controlled by iZotope. You can read more in our article about this.
