Then you will be directed to the upgrade coupons page. If you do not see any upgrade coupons in your account, please make sure that you are logging in with the same e-mail address you used when originally registering.
If you are not sure which e-mail your iZotope licenses are registered to, please contact iZotope Customer Care with the information below:
1. Full Serial Number
2. All past email addresses that you may have used
