While signed into your iZotope account in Product Portal, if you are not seeing one or more of your products, they may just be hidden. You can use the eye icon in the top right corner of the Portal to toggle on/off the hide feature.
If the plugin then appears to be greyed out after that, hover your mouse over the plugin and select the little eye icon that appears underneath the plugin to unhide and manage it.
