All installers will try to put the preset files in the default location, but sometimes certain permissions or applications can block this process. You can drag and drop the folder in the location manually using individual download links. The default location for all iZotope products is:
Mac: Mac HD > [USER] > Documents > iZotope > [PRODUCT NAME]
Win: C: > [USER] > Documents > iZotope > [PRODUCT NAME]
The preset location for Ozone 10 and RX 10 has changed. Their default location is now:
Mac: Mac HD > Library > Application Support > iZotope > [Ozone Pro / RX PRO Audio Editor]
Win C: > [USER] > Documents > iZotope >[Ozone / RX Audio Editor]
Download your presets from the product link below, unzip the file and place it in the location specified above:

If your issue persists, make sure you have permissions to your preset location:
Check the presets folder and enclosing folders and ensure you have Read & Write access to them. To do this, right click on the folder and select "Get Info" (Mac) or "Properties" (Windows). Then navigate to Sharing and Permissions (Mac) or Security (Windows). Below is the default location for presets:
Mac: MacintoshHD/[USER]/Documents/iZotope/[PRODUCT NAME]
Win: C:/[USER]/Documents/iZotope/[PRODUCT NAME]
The preset location for Ozone 10 and RX 10 has changed. Their default location is now:
Mac: Mac HD > Library > Application Support > iZotope > [Ozone Pro / RX Pro Audio Editor]
Win: C: > [USER] > Documents > iZotope >[Ozone / RX Audio Editor]
Please check the permissions of the preset folder there, as well as the iZotope folder.
