If the backlit On/Off button on the rear of your Spire Studio does not illuminate when pressed, please try the following:
- Be sure to press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn the unit on.
- Make sure you are using the 5V DC power supply cord that was provided with your Spire Studio. DO NOT use a substitute power supply.
- Plug your Spire Studio into another power outlet, and bypass all extension cords, power strips, or surge protectors.
