What are Loyalty Offers?
Loyalty Offers are special offers tailored specifically for you. If you already own any iZotope products you may be eligible for loyalty pricing on your next purchase. You can find more info about the Loyalty Program here.
Where can I find my Loyalty Offers?
Simply log in and you'll see what prices you're eligible for based on the products you already own - whether you're on the Shop page, the Deals page, or a product's pricing page.
I own an iZotope product. Why aren't there any Loyalty Offers showing up for me?
This is likely due to new versions of FireFox when set to its "Strict" privacy setting. In order to view and use your personalized upgrade offers, we'd recommend whitelisting iZotope.com in your browser.
You can do this by opening FireFox and head to Preferences (gear symbol at the top right), then click "Manage Exceptions" and add iZotope.com to the list here.
What is the difference between an Upgrade and a Crossgrade?
We have two different types of Loyalty offers: Upgrades and Crossgrades. An upgrade would be an offer in which you are moving to a newer version of a product you already own. A Crossgrade, on the other hand, is an offer in which you can qualify for a lower price on a different product based on already owning any other iZotope product.
Will I lose my old license when I upgrade to a newer version?
No, we do not ask our customers to surrender their previous licenses. You will get to keep all of your licenses in addition to the new one you have purchased via the upgrade at a lower price.
If I purchase an upgrade or crossgrade, will I get the full version of the software?
Absolutely! When you take advantage of an upgrade or crossgrade offer, you are essentially purchasing a full new license at a discounted price.
Do I need to uninstall my old software?
No, you can keep both versions of the software on your computer if you'd like. If you have previous sessions that use the older version of the software, we recommend keeping it installed on your computer for easy accessibility.
