Use your iZotope account page to manage your subscription:
Or, use the steps below to go through Digital River to cancel a subscription.
- Upon initial purchase, you should have received an email from "subscription-support@izotope.com" head to your email inbox to locate that. It should look something like this:
- The Order Confirmation email should have a subsection mentioning turning off Automatic Renewals, scroll down until you can see that and click the link within: "Click Here to access your subscription account"
- You may have to log in in the following page to confirm your account, then, click Manage Subscription
- Here, you can click "Off" next to the automatic renewal.
- Confirm this with the "Stop Automatic Billing" button.
