If you're unable to find your iZotope products within Pro Tools, you can try the steps below to locate them:

Pro Tools should rescan on startup, but you can use the steps below to force a rescan:

- Press and hold the Alt/Option key and click the ‘Library’ folder that appears in the Go menu
-
From the Library folder, navigate to the following directory:
Preferences/Avid/Pro Tools - In the Pro Tools folder, delete the file called ‘InstalledAAXPlugins’..
- Reopen Pro Tools and test your iZotope software's performance.
Windows:
- With Pro Tools closed, press Windows+R to open the Run Prompt.
- In the ‘Open’ field, type "AppData" then click OK
-
From the App Data folder, navigate to the following directory:
Avid\Pro Tools
- In the Pro Tools folder, delete the file called ‘InstalledAAXPlugins’..
- Reopen Pro Tools and test your iZotope software's performance.
2. Check your plug-ins folder:
The default locations for iZotope products are:
Mac:
— AAX: Mac HD > Library > Application Support > Avid > Audio > Plug-ins
— RTAS: Mac HD > Library > Application Support > Digidesign > Audio > Plug-ins
PC:
— 64-bit AAX: C: > Program Files > Common Files > Avid > Audio > Plug-ins
— 64-bit AAX: C: > Program Files > Common Files > Avid > Audio > Plug-ins
— 32-bit AAX: C: > Program Files (x86) > Common Files > Avid > Audio > Plug-ins
— DAE (32-bit only): C: > Program Files (x86) > Common Files > Digidesign > DAE > Plug-ins
3. Check compatibility:
If you're using Pro Tools 10 or lower, this will require 32-bit components that not all iZotope products have. Check the product page for currrent compatibility or reach out to Customer Care for more information.
Additionally, if you're using RX, be sure to check out individual module compatibility.
